Hi, I’m Amanda — a Senior Instructional Designer with 12+ years of experience designing impactful learning solutions that mix creativity, strategy, and technology.

I’ve created hundreds of eLearning products, instructor-led trainings, and blended learning products that help learners thrive. My experience includes leading a course revamp for the U.S. Coast Guard’s Aviation Apprenticeship Program and designing hybrid learning experiences that improved learner performance by 23% in just three months.
